Congratulations to Neil and Tiff who celebrated their union on July 4th! What a special way to spend Independence Day! It was a blessing and a privilege to be a part of their wedding.

Cute Cousins!

I was able to take pictures of the grandkids of a friend of mine this weekend. They are such a great family! I really enjoyed capturing their different personalities. I can't wait to do their pictures again after the next cousin is born this fall!! ;-)

Great Expectations...

I was so excited to take pictures of my sis and her husband today. They are expecting their first child - my first nephew on my side of the family. What a blessing!! It was pretty darn hot to be out taking pictures but at least it wasn't raining! ;-)

My Baby Girl!!

Two weeks ago we gave birth to our third child. Our first baby girl!! We are completely in love with her! She is precious in every way.

Spring has Sprung

One thing as a photographer that is hard to do yourself is your own pictures(especially when pregnant!). Yesterday I was blessed to have an old friend take maternity/family pix for us! Its hard to believe that I've known Danielle and her family for 15+ years! She now lives in the Tulsa, OK area with her husband and two boys and is a up & coming photographer there as Danielle Huddleston Photography . Here are a few of my favorite shots!Pregnancy can be a challenging time with all the changes that a woman's body goes through. I don't always feel pretty with a 25lb belly. ;-) But looking at these pix, I really feel pretty and that says alot about Danielle's skills. She was great about trying different angles and lighting to make sure the pictures were flattering. Thank you so much for the awesome pictures, Danielle!!! We love them!!

Sister Sister

These are technically publicity photos and not senior pictures but they are close to senior shots, so that is what I'm tagging the post as for now. Welcoming Baby #2

I did pictures recently for a client of my friend who is a doula (labor support). They had just welcomed their second child into the world and were excited to get some new family pictures. While I was thankful that it wasn't raining that day I was disappointed that it was so cold! So we obviously did more indoor shots than outdoor! What a cute family!
